Random sandstone is rock with no sawn sides in varied sizing and shapes. Random grade retaining is the most budget friendly option, however the finished look is far from cheap.

Why use Random?
Random sandstone produces a wall with a lot of character. It is perfect in more natural areas such as garden beds to produce a more natural looking product. With plenty of finishes and rock selections available it is most readily customisable to suit clients individual tastes. This is a wall we constructed using random sandstone in Bellbowrie, Brisbane.
With random sandstone we are able to use the inconsistency in the rock to our advantage to achieve a convex curvature on the outside edge of the wall without creating large gaps on the front edge, which is a key shortcoming in poorly built walls.
This random sandstone terraced wall that we constructed in Terranora, Gold Coast, is a perfect example.
Our sandstone works well with a wide range of colour schemes and house styles. Its a great way to add an extra element to your design, creating both a useable space and a feature to enhance your property.
